La neverita is designed for cooling large bottles or other items placed inside or on the sides of the cooler. Inside the cooler must be placed water, which creates a temperature difference due to the evaporation of the water. Its design is based on the natural structure of wood, which has been used for years as an insulating material and which nature knew how to perfect.
The design process began with the investigation of elements in nature that would serve an insulating function. After finding the insulating properties of the wood, we began to abstract the cellular fibers for design and printing. Different models were made, each with a different complexity, until the final design was reached.
You can see how the fibers were interpreted in such a way that they were integrated in a clean and aesthetic way to a simple and elegant design.
